Well, that is a rather subjective question and, as I see it impossible to give you one single answer. Some will tell you one app, some another. For me, it's OoTunes, which is not free but totally accessible. For others, some of the other choices you mentioned. Each will have their own reasons why. Long and the short of it is this. It's up to you.
