Hi, You can do as Isaac mentioned, or, if you prefer to remain in your specific style of navigation, you can spell out words and such by navigating to that word then pressing VO-w which is the VO command for Word. The first time you press VO-w, the word is announced, the second time, it is spelled out letter by letter and the third time, it is spelled out phonetically.
