Hi all, Yesterday I asked anyone if they had used Dragon Dictate, because I could not get it to work. No one responded, which is understandable as it is an expensive app and not as needed on Mac thanks to dictation and speakable items. Still, I called Nuance, and they confirmed my fear: Dragon Dictate is totally inaccessible to Voiceover users. I have a member of their research and development team calling me back soon, so hopefully i can express the need for accessibility, but who knows? I find it ironic that Nuance, providers of voices for so many screen readers (including Apple's) make a mac app that Voiceover cannot use at all.
