Hi, You need to first make sure that the lock is unlocked so that you can make the changes you wish. Then, if I remember correctly, you may need to also do the simulated mouse-click on the user you wish to remove prior to navigating to the Delete button. Yes, you are correct in that you cannot delete the user account that you are logged in as.
