The commands are what you'd expect - new line and new page. If it is Dragon-like control you are after, look into Speakable Items in the Accessibility area of System Preferences. I have a podcast on www.applevis.com talking about that and dictation if you want to look it up.
As to the limit, this only happens if you are on Mountain Lion.
