I thought Apple had patented the MagSafe connector so they are pretty much the only supplier. That said, I found some cheap clones at newegg. For example, here is a 60w one for $18:

I have to wonder if they are any good when the Apple ones go for $45 and up. If you want an actual Apple unit I've found prices at megamax to be pretty good:
