Hi Jeanine, Clamsav is good. Virus barrier is also good. both of these are in the mac app store. I think there are a couple more that people use that ren't in in the mac app store, but the names of those escape me at the moment! I use clamsav and it's totally accessible.
On another note, cocktail is great for maintenance.
