Hi there, Your second question is the easy one. Wordpress works great and doesn't have accessibility issues. I have two sites that I've set up and manage without sighted help. Your second question is a bit more tricky. Blogger should have an export feature that you can use to get all your posts and stuff into a single file you can then upload to your Wordpress site. I haven't looked into this for a while but last time I did this export wouldn't bring any pictures or videos you've posted. Only the text. I don't know if that matters or if that's still the case but it was a few months ago. Getting everything including pictures was much more difficult. If I were you I would get the Wordpress site set up then export the old one and go from there. If you have a domain name you need to move that will add some extra steps as well.
