Hi,

I'm not sure if I can honestly say what is the easiest but if you're navigating 
through your Songs list, press VO-cmd-return to select each song you want in 
that playlist if they are non-contiguous.  Once you have all the songs you want 
in the list, press cmd-shift-n to create the playlist from the selected items.  
You can then name the playlist whatever you wish.  If you need to add songs to 
that playlist after the fact, simply navigate to the song, press VO-shift-m on 
it, choose Add to Playlist and select which playlist you want it added to.
