Hi, I use Google Docs quite often as we are a Google Apps for Education subscriber. Is it accessible with VO? Sort of. Some parts more than others. I usually use a combination of Safari, Chrome and iOS when I'm dealing with Google Docs, Spreadsheets and Forms. I find that reading the Google Doc is usually easier for me in Safari and editing it is easier in Chrome. Safari will usually just start reading the document aloud when it opens as long as you don't interrupt it by pressing a key or something else that could interfere. If you just press arrow keys, no VO-keys, you can subsequently read through the document and review it in more detail. Using Chrome and ChromeVox seems to handle the creation and editing more easily although I have found situations that Safari was a little easier to manipulate data with. If all else fails, Google Drive on iOS actually works quite well, it's just slower to enter data unless you have a Bluetooth keyboard.
Sorry, not exactly a yes or no answer, but it's how I handle Googly things. Later...
