Never mind. I bought mine in April 2013 so I think it's the newest airport extreme which has simultaneous frequencies. But I could have sworn I saw some kind of setting for that in airport utility at the time and the way my network is acting at the moment I wonder if it is really doing both frequencies simultaneously. I'm using airfoil and it's been working great but the last couple of days the iPads on my network are having choppy and speed-distorted playing which I figure is the weather or some new source of interference in or near our apartment complex. The computers are managing but the iPads aren't doing so great!
-- Cheryl I tried and tried to turn over a new leaf. I got crumpled wads of tear-stained paper thrown in the trash! Then God gave me a new heart and life: His joy for my despairing tears! And now, every day: "This I call to mind, and therefore I have hope: The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."
