Well, I have to be honest about Sound Forge. While basic editing works, so I
am informed, and while it is possible to manipulate the sliders for effects
such as noise reduction and so forth, presets remain an issue: and, it's
impossible to split a file in to regions for burning to a CD. Now, bear in
mind that this is what I'm told and my source has not come out and mentioned
any improvements to the accessibility. Seems to me that, so far, Amadeus Pro,
(now available directly from the app store and thus not needing a license) is
the best audio for the Mac I have yet to hear of.

Sent from my Mac, the only computer with full accessibility for the blind
built-in!

Sincerely,
The Constantly Barefooted Ray, still a very happy Mac and Iphone 5 user!
