First of all, on a laptop, Home is FN-Left Arrow, End is FN-Right arrow, Page up is FN-Up arrow and Page down is FN-Down arrow.
Go to top of window = VO-Cmd-Home; Go to bottom of window = VO-Cmd-End; Go to first visible item = VO-Home; Go to last visible item = VO-End; Go to first item = VO-Shift-Home; Go to last item = VO-Shift-End. Within text areas such as text documents, text fields and e-mails, you can use the normal arrow keys. Here are some commands: Go to beginning of document, Cmd-Up arrow; Go to end of document, Cmd-Down arrow; Go to beginning of line, Cmd-Left arrow; Go to end of line, Cmd-Right arrow; Go to beginning of paragraph, Option-Up arrow; Go to end of paragraph, Option-Down arrow; Go Right one character, Right arrow; Go left one character, Left arrow; Go right one word, Option-Right arrow; Go left one word, Option-Left arrow. Adding the Shift key will highlight text.
