I am an experienced developer currently working in Moscow, Russia.
I am urgently looking for a job with relocation possibilities to Europe. Since Perl is my main language, I decided to post on the perl mailing lists.
I have been using primarily Perl for 7.5 years now, also having worked with Python and PHP. My company is the leading search engine of Russia, so I know how to write good code, scalable applications that handle data in an efficient way. I have worked with MapReduce, am OK with the concept of big data. The team is progressive, we use git, unit-testing, JIRA, Agile methodologies and so on.
