#223: wlanconfig gives no error when trying to destroy no device

when running "wlanconfig destroy" with NO devicename given, wlanconfig
should throw an error with a meaningfull message saying the user should
provide a devicename (something like: "I won't self-destruct, please give
a devicename to destroy")
