It doesn't take any special hardware to debug OOPS at
"STAILQ_REMOVE_HEAD(&an->an_uapsd_q, bf_list)". Exactly the same OOPS
happens if you try to tunnel IPSEC traffic through ath0 interface.
Apparently an_uapsd_q is never allocated and an->an_node.ni_uapsd_maxsp is
in fact 0 (zero), but packets somehow get UAPSD flag (or whatever the flag
that triggers access to uapsd queue is called).
