I reopened the ticket because of:

(OFF: If I do copy+paste, my newline characters don't appear just as
space. Why is it?)
I bought this card in Hungary. I think it's sold with the right EEPROM
settings. It confirms other driver (Mikrotik) can use this card with right
channels. I think this driver doesn't modify the card EEPROM settings.
If the card has wrong regdomain settings, why can the Mikrotik use with
the right channels?
I asked for the card type. It's Tonze PC-6860.
