I've got no idea who added the ieee80211_input.c file or why. Just ignore
it. I'll try and get someone to remove it.
With regards to the error you are getting can you check a couple of
things:
1) Did the ebtables -t madwifi -A FORWARD ... command work for you?
2) When you load the driver does it print a message like ("AP traffic
firewalling support initialised") ?
