You could enable debugging output related to the areas you suspect the
error in, and see if you find something out. See [wiki:DevDocs/AthDebug],
I'd suggest {{{athdebug +reset +watchdog +calibrate +fatal]}}} and
{{{80211debug +power +inact}}} for first tests (although some of the
facilities might be unrelated).
