txpower3.diff is correct. Its txpower.diff with fixed gcc4.x complain
(swapped variable definition from middle of the code (it allow c++ and
gcc4.x bump a warning if its used in c code. I using gcc3.x so it was not
show for me), at the begin of the code ... Thank you Mark for completing
the correct patch.
