Today i updated to the latest HAL 0.9.16.16, and this issue not happen
anymore. All versions of the previous HAL at the wrap platform starting
generate false radar PHY events leading to the 100% cpu loading by the
ath_hal_procdfs()(this happened with or without antena in interference
free indoor enviroment). The device is now about 10 hours up, outdoor and
without ANY false radar PHY event !
This issue is definitely fixed by the latest 0.9.16.16 HAL
