Comment (by [EMAIL PROTECTED]):

I'll add a bit more information in an attempt to follow the problem
 reporting guidelines:

What did I do when the bug showed up: In the case where I was able to get
the text of the kernel panic, I was attempting to download a several MB
RPM file from the redhat web site via firefox. In the other cases, I
 don't really remember.

What did I expect the driver to do instead: Clean the living room and make
me dinner. Or at least not cause a kernel panic.

Can I reproduce this bug: Usually, but it can take some time. I don't
have exact reproduction steps, other than connect to a VPN over IPSec and
use the network for a while. Using the card without the VPN works fine.

Do I have any idea what the bug might have caused: nope.

What driver version am I using: r1416

What kernel version: RHEL 4 update 2 kernel for i686: 2.6.9-22.0.2.EL

What card: 02:02.0 Ethernet controller: Atheros Communications, Inc.
 AR5212 802.11abg NIC (rev 01)
