Just to be sure: you're aware that in r1407 the [wiki:UserDocs/autocreate
autocreation] of a STA interface has been introduced? You either need to
destroy the autocreated STA interfaces before creating the AP VAPs, or you
need to tell the driver to avoid autocreation (which can be done with the
module parameter "autocreate=none").
