2. Erase all VAP but keep one in AP mode (or create it)
3. Set txpower to any valid/accepted value
4. Delete the AP VAP
5. Create a STA or a monitor VAP
6. Delete VAP
7. Create an AP VAP
8. Wait approx 5 second -> kernel panic
