Comment:

 We were encountering similar problems with a station cycling through a
 hand full of different cell IDs, all of which were no longer existent
 because the other hosts already merged.

 After some code tracking it looks like ieee80211_recv_mgmt() doesn't
 update the cell ID in the ieee80211_node structure of already known hosts,
 so if they change their cell, it goes undetected and merging fails.

 I'm attaching a patch which copies everything from a beacon frame to the
 related ieee80211_node. This seems to fix our problems, I'd like to hear
 if it helps you or burns down your house ;)
