Comment:
Please resubmit the patch in the proper way. First, attach it as a file
rather than pasteing it into the ticket ([wiki:DevDocs/PreparePatches]
gives more hints). Second, patches need to be [wiki:DevDocs/SigningPatches
signed off] before they can be committed to the repository - of course the
author of the patch has to sign it off, maybe you can let him know?
