#467: Missing of internal authenticator for HostAP mode

The HostAP internal authenticator modules (wlan_auth and wlan_radius) are
descripted in "README" file (lines 47 to 49) and in
"net80211\Makefile.kernel" file (lines 17 to 23) but these modules aren't
include in madwifi-ng source tree and related makefiles.

These modules are only on madwifi-old tree.[[BR]]
I didn't found info about internal authenticator status on madwifi-
ng.[[BR]]
Seems that porting of these modules on madwifi-ng isn't planned.[[BR]]
If is it true, please remove any reference to internal authenticator on
above files.
