Hello i have strange problem.
My hardware:

And when i try to change txpower on ath0 like:

ath1 is supporting all range of txpower from 0 to 23 dBm
but ath0 and ath2 not ....
All cards are the same hardware.
I try to change cards to second new but i have the same problem
ath0 max 17dBm
ath1 everything is ok
ath2 max 18dBm
iwlist ath0 tx
ath0 unknown transmit-power information.
Current Tx-Power=17 dBm (50 mW)
iwlist ath1 tx
ath1 unknown transmit-power information.
Current Tx-Power=23 dBm (199 mW)
iwlist ath2 tx
ath2 unknown transmit-power information.
Current Tx-Power=18 dBm (63 mW)
