#491: Ststem hangs when entering sta mode

The drive has to configure the base device to a single frequency. That is
the frequency of both devices sta and ap has to be same. So setting the
frequency of both interface to a single channel, this bug can be avoided.
But what is causing that I am still not sure.
To get rid of it, before bring the interface up with ifconfig ath0 up ,use
the following command.
iwconfig ath0 channel X
iwconfig ath1 channel X
ifconfig ath0 inet x.y.z.w netmask a.b.c.d up
ifconfig ath1 up
shclient ath1
etc etc
