Comment:
I've updated this patch based on a conversation I had with David Young,
the radiotap designer. He indicated all fields must be LE, so I've
updated the code accordingly. This patch also populates the TSF field in
the ratiotap header, sets the antenna diversity to the correct antenna
(previously always set to 0) and updaptes the radiotap flags byte to
indicate if the frame was received with a short preamble.
