If it still panics, then it isn't fixed, is it?
Just to follow up on mrenzman's license discussion: if the code is dual-
licensed, that means the users of the code can decide to proceed using
either _or_ both licenses. That is the whole point of dual-licensing.
The current developers can't choose a completely different license, but
they _can_ certainly choose GPL only for their new changes. Which in the
absense of a compelling reason (I asked, I never heard a compelling
reason) is what I chose to do.
