I've added the locking into acl_free_all() as it should be, and added the
lock assertion in acl_free_all_locked() which should have caught the
unlocked access. The patch fixes a couple of trivial typos too.
Tests out well with all kernel debugging enabled and voluntary preeempt on
IA32.
