I think this problem happens in the following case
1- These node once join together and share BSSID
2- Some node(s) leaves the subsystem or restarted
3- The node tries to join the grou again with the same BSSID again.
( In the case of two nodes, chances of happening this problem is 50%, I
think )
As long as I see, ieee80211_ibss_merge() still returns without
proceeding to sta_join() when neighbour's BSSID matches to
vap->iv_bss. I believe that this does not support the situation of
spliting/rejoining the group.
