Hi,

You try to create a monitor interface based on ''wifi0'', but as your
''ifconfig'' output shows the name of the interface is actually
''wifi0_ifr''. Hence the right command would be:
{{{
wlanconfig ath0 create wlandev wifi0_ifr wlanmode monitor
}}}
You might need to destroy an existing interface named ''ath0'' first, or
change ''ath0'' to something else in the above shown command, depending on
the actual mode you want to use for the new interface. Please refer to the
[wiki:UserDocs#CreatingInterfacesinmadwifing related documentation] in our
wiki.
