i totally disagree. it looks like a problem within the net80211 stack.
hostapd is unable to retrieve the rsn_ie field or in other words it is
returned as empty and is zero. which will result in messages like No
WPA/RSN information element for station or WPA/RSN information element
rejected. everything looks like net80211 IOCTL_GETWPAIE is not working
correctly as it should
