I suggest keeping the management of the non-profit seperate from the
development organisation.
Given that I'm a raving liberal, I would suggest organising the
development organisation as a democracy, with a small constitution and
voting system; with votes only being resorted to if there is discord.
The management/directorship of the non-profit should be delegated to
person(s) elected by the development organisation.
