The problem seems to be hardware specific, but as I mentioned before, the
same card worked nicely with countrycode=56 (for Belgium) with older HAL
versions (tested 0.9.15.1 and 0.9.14.9).
I've also tried with HAL version 0.9.17.0 from
http://people.freebsd.org/~sam/ath_hal-20060506.tgz, but that still
doesn't fix this problem.
