#653: manual host roaming bug

I am using madwifi 0.9.0 in my notebook. For a test, I set it to be
'Manual' roaming mode by using:[[BR]][[BR]]
iwpriv ath0 hostroaming 2 [[BR]][[BR]]
And then I have two APs, I want to manually join one of them by command:
iwconfig ath0 channel 10 ap 00:14:6c:2d:af:b0 [[BR]]
or [[BR]]
iwconfig ath0 channel 11 ap 00:14:6c:2d:ac:c1 [[BR]][[BR]]
But I found these two commands cannot work here. There is no any
association operations to any AP. And then I used a 802.11 analyzing tool
to capture the air frames, finding the madwifi-station kept silence
without sending any auth/assoc packets out.[[BR]]
So I guess is there anything missing here?
