 Doesn't matter which versions I use, wpa_supplicant and madwifi refuse to
 work together for me. Currently I'm using madwifi svn r1611 w/
 wpa_supplicant 0.4.9, and wireless-tools 0.28. If I use madwifi-old, I get
 the same problems just without the IWEVGENIE overflow error. Connects just
 find in windows... My hardware is a Belkin F5D7000 v.5000.

 iwlist ath0 scan shows this: (MACs changed to protect the innocent)

 But when I start WPA supplicant, it's telling me no suitable APs are in
 range. It also doesn't show SSID's for any of the APs:

 I've tried all sorts of config file options, and nothing seems to be able
 to change this.

 I think I've got the proper modules loaded:
 {{{
 [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~# lsmod |grep ath
 ath_pci                87716  0
 ath_rate_sample        12672  1 ath_pci

 wlan_tkip,wlan_scan_sta,ath_pci,ath_rate_sample
 ath_hal               191568  3 ath_pci,ath_rate_sample

 Heres what dmesg has for me:

 I've been able to get it to work with no encryption just fine, just not
 with WPA.
