 Using SVN-Version r1611. I have setup ''wpa_supplicant'' to connect to a
 WPA-Enterprise
 network via EAP-TTLS, configuration:

 {{{
 ctrl_interface=/var/run/wpa_supplicant
 ctrl_interface_group=root

 # network configuration for PHYSIK wlan

 ap_scan=1

 network={
         ssid="Physik"
         scan_ssid=1
         key_mgmt=WPA-EAP
         proto=WPA2
         eap=TTLS
         ca_cert="/etc/wpa_supplicant/cacert.pem"
         phase2="auth=PAP"
 }
 }}}

 I tried ''wpa_supplicant'' version 0.4.9 (stable) and 0.5.3 (cvs). I'm
 using
 ''wpa_gui'' to authenticate. Well, connecting and authenticating to the
 FreeRadius-
 Server works flawlessly. But after that I am unable to bring up the
 interface, neither
 automatically (DHCP) nor manually (via ifconfig). I get no error message
 when bringing
 up the interface manually, but I cannot ping any machine even on the same
 subnet. I tried
 both the ''madwifi'' and ''wext'' driver for ''wpa_supplicant''. The point
 is, I tried
 an Intel IPW-2100 chipset with the '''same''' configuration and it worked
 instantly, so
 this must be an issue with the ''madwifi-ng''-driver. I tried all possible
 options
 for ''wpa_supplicant'' and different versions of both ''wpa_supplicant''
 and ''madwifi''
 (-old and -ng), but it never worked. Any suggestions ?
