#711: WDS link dies; ip link set wdsath0 down then up brings it back

Hi I have two Atheros Cards acting as a WDS. setup like ticket:91 except I
have a ethernet card also in the bridge.
eth1, ath0, and wdsath0 are all in a bridge in device 1 (br0)
The same setup is on device 2
Connected are two PCs, I ping from PC1 to PC2 and from PC2 to PC1.
After a while the pings stop. I can still ping br0 from PC1, but only the
br0 in device 1. from PC2 I can ping the br0 in device 2.
If I go onto each WDS system and issue the following everything starts
working
ip link set wdsath0 down
ip link set wdsath0 up
