Well, it is not that hard. For one, the website offers a search
functionality, which easily reveals the existence of
[wiki:DevDocs/AthDebug] - explaining you how to use the debugging
facilities of the driver.
If you don't know the source for the problems you see, describe at least
your environment. What distribution do you use, which kernel version,
which MadWifi version? What does the configuration of MadWifi and your
WLAN looks like, what do you mean by "slow net", things like this.
Statements like "madwifi-ng sucks" suck, as they do absolutely not help
with anything, and they lower the chances that anyone is willing to invest
some time in solving the problems you experience.
