#747: LLC Header changed when capturing packets using monitor mode

when I capture ip (can be udp or tcp) packets using ethereal and madwifi-
ng in
monitor mode (with prism enabled) the packets are mostly not detected as
ip packets by ethereal. The reason is that the "Protocol ID" field in the
Logical-Link Control header is set to 0x88bd instead of the correct value
which should be 0x0800. In rare cases
some packets got detected as being ip packets but never all of them. I
have no problems capturing packets with ethereal when using madwifi-old.
This error is reproducible on different systems with different version of
ethereal and madwifi-ng (including the newest). When not using monitor
mode packets are captured without problems.
