When WME is enabled Samplerate algorithm does not take in account the
parameter of AC queue to compute the transmission time. It should use the
AC parameter (aifs, cwmin and cwmax) instead of difs and BE parameter
in file sample.h:

tt += t_difs;
cw = MIN(WIFI_CW_MAX, (cw + 1) * 2);
tt += (t_slot * cw/2);
...
