#804: master and station on wifi0 coexistance issue

Using madwifi svn 1491, I have problem in getting a single card to run
both ap and sta.
wlanconfig ath0 create wlandev wifi0 wlanmode ap
wlanconfig ath1 create wlandev wifi0 wlanmode sta nosbeacon
iwconfig ath0 essid ssid channel 165
ifconfig ath0 up
This is ok, but when I create a sta, the AP becomes unassociated
ifconfig ath1 up
