#821: ioctl: Input/output error when creating other VAP

I'm using the Atheros Communications, Inc. AR5006X 802.11abg NIC (rev 01)
wireless mini-pci card.
When I got a VAP in sta mode, I can't create any other VAP's in sta or ap
mode, ahdemo mode seems to work. When I destroy all my VAP's and create
one in AP mode I can create other in AP mode, but no in sta mode.
I get this error:

I'm using the latest svn code on an up to date fedora rawhide which has
development snapshots of the 2.6.18 kernel. I have the seems error with a
2.6.16 or 2.6.17 kernel.
Can I provide any other information?
