Is the problem reliably reproducable? If so, which steps are necessary? Is
there anything common for each crash (for example: does it occur only when
the interface is under high load)?
Can you please try the latest [http://snapshots.madwifi.org/madwifi-ng
snapshot], just to be sure the problem has not yet been fixed?
