 You have to recompile madwifi from source.
 Even if previous kernel version was the same (which you do not mention),
 kernel stack size is encoded into "version magic" of a module (basically
 4KSTACKS!=16KSTACK). If they do not match, module won't load. It's not a
 madwifi bug - the driver should load fine as soon as you recompile.
 You can use 'dmesg' to look at the full error message.
