I added support for configuring unencrypted modes (both plaintext and IEEE
802.1X without encryption) into driver_madwifi.c in hostapd (in current
0.5.x development branch). With these changes, I was able to test all
modes successfully with madwifi v0.9.2, i.e., plaintext, IEEE 802.1X
without WEP, IEEE 802.1X with WEP, WPA-PSK, WPA-EAP, WPA2-PSK, WPA2-EAP,
WPA+WPA2.
