This AP replace an older AP and the rssi seen by
the stations is 10dB less than with the older ap.
I think the 'iwconfig ath0 txpower xx' does not set
the txpower at xx dB, but 10 db less (or more).
Another point : the CM9 card can provide 18dB max,
but increasing from 18 to 20 increase the rssi
on the stations.
Looks like a value of antenna gain in the
eeprom of the CM9, that is substracted from the
value we fed.
